How to Cook
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator in the sealed pack; never thaw at room temperature or soak in water. Serve on crushed ice with lemon and mignonette, or top with garlic butter and bake at 200°C for 6-9 minutes. For the grill, place the half shells over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing; once thawed, eat within 24-48 hours. Use within 9 months for best quality.
